Customer Success Manager
You are the bridge between home care and Caire. You help customers get started, add and correct their data, and work with the planning so the schedule gets better for clients and staff.
Why the role exists now
Caire plans from the customer's own data: care plans, visits, time windows, staff and shifts. The closer that data is to reality, the better the schedule, and that knowledge sits with the people who plan home care every day.
So we are looking for someone who has worked in home care and can talk to a unit manager or planner as a colleague. Everything you help a customer with we turn into better data, guides and product, so the next customer gets started faster.
What you get with us
Work that makes a difference
What you build decides whether a client gets their visit on time and whether staff get through their day. The work shows up in the daily lives of people who need help at home.
Build a compute-first organisation from scratch
At Caire, compute is hired first. There is no organisation of employees to fit into yet. You help shape it from scratch, in a company where AI agents do a large part of the work.
How we know it is working
This is what should be different once you have been here a while, and how we measure it.
- After 14 days
You know Caire like a planner: import, care plans, visit templates, time windows, shifts and reports.
How we measure: You run a free schedule analysis and a complete planning cycle in the demo environment on your own.
- After 30 days
The first customers plan with their real data.
How we measure: Time from signed agreement to first approved schedule, and the share of visits with complete data: time windows, care tasks, address and required skills.
- After 60 days
Customer metrics have improved after your review.
How we measure: Share of assigned visits, client-time share (visit time relative to worked time), travel time and continuity, before and after, for each customer.
- After 90 days
Each new customer gets started faster than the last, because what you have learned is in the product and the guides.
How we measure: Hours per customer onboarding, and how many questions customers solve with a guide without having to call.
What you own
- Onboarding, from the first free analysis to a published schedule.
- The customer's data. You show them how to add and correct care plans, visit templates, time windows, staff and shifts, and do it with them when needed.
- Follow-up. You review the metrics with the customer and propose the next improvement.
- First contact when customers have questions, feedback or need training.
- Feedback to the product. Where customers get stuck becomes a concrete proposal to us, with examples.
What is hard about the role
- Customer data is rarely complete. Care plans are missing, addresses are wrong and visit templates contradict each other. A large part of the job is sorting that out with the customer.
- You are the first in the role and build the way of working while doing the job.
- Planners are short of time. What you show them has to help the same week.
Must have
- You have worked in home care and know planning from the inside: care tasks, time windows, continuity, double staffing and what happens on a morning when someone is off sick.
- You speak and write fluent Swedish.
- You are comfortable leading a review with a unit manager and explain numbers so everyone understands.
- You are used to working in scheduling systems and Excel.
Nice to have
- Experience as a planner or coordinator in home care.
- Experience as a care worker in home care.
- Experience from a ministry, a government agency or municipal elderly care.
- Experience from a home care scheduling platform, such as Carefox, eCare or Combine.
You do not need everything on this list. Apply if you meet the must-haves.
Tell us about a schedule you made better
We want to understand how you think about planning. You are welcome to send a CV, but we read your story first.
- A schedule or plan you improved: what was the problem, what did you change and what difference did it make for clients and staff?
- Where you have worked in home care, in which roles and with which scheduling system.
- Why you want to help other home care providers plan better.
