Choose the right data flow for your use case
Supported exports for complimentary analysis
Carefox / Alfa eCare Welfare
Visit history and a client and address register in .xls or .xlsx are required to analyse a selected period. Employee and shift reports are optional. A custom Excel schedule or PDF is not equivalent to a supported export.
Direction: from your system to Caire. File import does not write changes back to your source system.
Ongoing connection and optimisation
As an integrated optimiser, Caire keeps visit planning updated through the connection you have configured. Each connection defines which records are read, how often they update, and whether and how results are written back.
A supported file import is not a promise of an available API connection or unrestricted write access. Traffic, absence and cancellation signals depend on the actual connection.
Caire as a standalone system
Once data and operating rules are configured, Caire manages visit and staffing planning automatically. Allowed times, continuity, skills and recurring visits carry through as circumstances change. Decisions requiring authority or professional approval retain their approval steps.
What we establish for your connection
- The system, organisation and service area covered
- Which records may be read and which signals are available
- Update frequency, responsibility and outage handling
- Any write-back, permissions and required approvals
Review the data flow before connecting
Start by analysing your schedule: create an account, accept the terms, the privacy policy and the DPA, and upload your Carefox or Alfa eCare Welfare export. An ongoing connection is agreed with Caire.
