Reports

Reports that show the evidence behind a review

Review saved planning results and, when performed data has been imported and matched, compare the plan with recorded outcomes. Source period and coverage matter to the interpretation.

    Plan and performed

Paired comparisons use the report's saved bindings for the same visit and period. They appear only when imported timestamps and coverage support the measure.

A plan is not a record of performed care. Review the selected source, period and available coverage before drawing conclusions.

    Continuity and comparison

Continuity belongs to the selected saved planning result. Comparing results makes trade-offs visible for planner review; it does not establish a guaranteed improvement or a universal ranking.

    Share the reviewed report

Available report actions depend on the selected report and permissions. Exporting a report shares that report's contents; it does not change the source schedule or imported records.
