What the import does

A municipal decision often arrives as two documents: the order and the calculation basis. With Import from PDF on the client's Kommunbeslut page, Caire reads both and shows what they contain. Nothing is stored until you have reviewed and approved it.

The import needs a registered source for your organisation. If no source is available, ask your administrator to check the integration's registration and permission.

How to import a decision

  • 1. Open the client and the Kommunbeslut page. Choose Import from PDF.
  • 2. Choose the source and enter the source's document version.
  • 3. Choose the order PDF and the calculation basis PDF. Each file may be at most 10 MB.
  • 4. Choose to review the documents.

Review the decision

The review shows the order number, decision reference, validity and minutes per month. It also shows minutes including double staffing, night minutes and night visits per month.

The lines of the calculation basis are shown one by one with care tasks, time of day, days per period, occasions by day and night, minutes per occasion and extra double staffing. A decision without an end date shows as until further notice.

  • Check the details against the documents.
  • Approve and save the decision. Only the reviewed details are stored.
  • To start over, choose to review other documents.

When the documents are not approved

Caire does not approve documents that do not belong to the client, or whose lines do not match the totals. Check the source, your permission and that both documents concern the same client. Then upload them again for a new review.

What is stored

The decision is stored on the client with its granted time and its lines. The PDF files themselves and the personal identity number are not stored. Then plan the care tasks as visit templates in the client's care plan.
