Where you see the unassigned visits
When a solution has visits that nobody got, Otilldelade besök (Unassigned visits) appears with a count in the calendar's command bar. The panel shows the reason for each visit in the whole solution, not only the part you see in the calendar.
In Analys, Utforska (Explore) opens on Otilldelade while the solution has unassigned visits. There the unassigned minutes per hour are split into two causes.
- Too few staff at that time. Action: add, extend or move shifts.
- Staff are free but cannot take the visit. A rule stops it, for example the time window, a skill, continuity or travel. Action: read the reason per visit and change what stops it.

Read the reason for a visit
Each row shows the visit's allowed time window, the client, the length, the reason in plain words and the action that fits it. From there you choose Visa i kalender (Show in calendar), Hitta plats (Find a place) or Ask CAIRE.
While the reasons load, the row says so. If a reason could not be read, the row says that and recommends no action. No reason recorded means the optimisation gave no reason for that visit.
Find a place and propose a new time
Hitta plats tests the visit against free staff and takes you to the calendar. There you can also right-click the visit:
- Föreslå ny tid (Propose a new time): the optimisation proposes other time windows for the visit, ranked as option 1, option 2 and so on.
- Föreslå personal/skift (Propose staff and shift): the optimisation proposes which caregiver and shift can take the visit.
- You pick an option and confirm. Only then is a new solution created. The solution you started from is never changed.
Place the visit yourself
You can also drag the visit from the unassigned list to a caregiver in the calendar. The list has no menu of its own; a visit leaves it only by being placed in the calendar. Save the draft and run it, and the result is a new solution.
A solution you changed this way is marked Justerad (Adjusted). Compare it with the earlier solution before you publish.
