What the report shows
Plan mot verklighet (plan versus reality) is a printable report that compares the plan with the visits performed in the same period. You see the gap between plan and outcome, visit by visit, and the assumptions behind each figure.
The report starts with the free schedule analysis. You upload two exported reports from your current system: the visit history, with planned and performed times, and the client and address register. Personal identity numbers are replaced with pseudonyms as the files are read, and the analysis is ready in seconds.
Does the plan hold?
The first part tests your plan against reality: how many of the visits are in the schedule, how often a move between two addresses has no time in between, which visits cannot be reached with calculated travel, and how the time between visits differs between plan and outcome.
Planned versus performed
Start times and visit lengths are compared only for visits where the source data has recorded start and end times. Without such times Caire counts nothing as performed and says the data is missing. A dash means not measured. It never means zero.
When fewer than 20 visits can be matched, no comparison is shown, because the data is too thin.

Caire's proposal next to your plan
The report also shows Caire's proposal for the same visits and the same period. The proposal is a plan tested in the model, not an outcome: it has not been run in reality. Every figure follows the same definitions as the rest of Caire, so assigned visits and client-time share mean the same thing everywhere.
