The client's visits
The app has three tabs: Hem (Home) with today's visits, Besök (Visits) with the week's schedule, and Mer (More). Each visit shows when the caregiver comes, for example between 09.00 and 11.00, who is coming and whether the visit is planned, in progress or done. When no caregiver is set yet, the app says so.
The app shows only the published schedule. Your organisation chooses whether the client sees which caregiver comes on future visits. When that is off, the time shows but not the caregiver until the same day.

During and after the visit
- Where is the caregiver? During a visit in progress the app shows where the caregiver is, when the client has chosen this under Mer › Under besöket and the caregiver shares their position. Otherwise it says the position is not shared.
- How was the visit? When the visit is done, the client can give 1 to 5 stars and an optional comment.
- Need to cancel? On an upcoming visit the client can send a cancellation to the office, when the organisation allows it.

Contact with the office
When your organisation has switched messages on, the client and relatives can write to the office about a visit. They pick a ready-made message, such as a question about the visit, a wish to change the time or a request for a call back, and free text when the organisation allows it. Messages always go to the office, never straight to the caregiver. Office staff read them and they are kept in the care record. In an emergency, call the office.
More: care plan, contact persons and relatives
Under Mer there are Min vårdplan (My care plan), Dina kontaktpersoner (Your contact persons) and Anhöriga (Relatives). Under Anhöriga the client invites a relative by email and sees which relatives have access. There is also a button to call the office and a guide to the app.
The relative's view
A relative sees the visits of the client they follow for the coming seven days: who is coming and when. The relative sees no map and never writes straight to the caregiver. Under Mer the relative can send a wish about the care or the staff and see the status of the wishes they have sent.
Visit photos appear only when the organisation allows sharing and the caregiver has shared the photo. A share is withdrawn after seven days.
