Your onboarding as a new employee

As a new employee you go through an onboarding in the handbook: read each page, mark it as read and complete the onboarding.

The card on the home screen

When your organisation has an onboarding package for your role, the app's home screen shows an Onboarding card with the package name and how many steps are done, inviting you to carry on where you left off. Tap the card to continue.

The card disappears once the onboarding is completed. You can also close it with the cross. It is then hidden for you on this phone, and the onboarding stays under More › Onboarding.

Go through the steps

Under More › Onboarding you see the steps in the order the office chose. Each step is a page in the handbook. Open the page, read it and tap Mark as read. The step then counts as done.

In the handbook on the web, the same onboarding is under Onboarding in the menu and on the start page. There you confirm with I have read and understood.

Complete the onboarding

When every page is marked as read, tap the button to complete the onboarding. It only works once every page is confirmed. The office then sees that your onboarding is completed.

  • No onboarding assigned means there is no onboarding package for your role right now.
  • When the package has no pages, the handbook asks you to contact your administrator.
  • If a page cannot be marked, check your connection and try again.
