The employee handbook in the app and on the web

Where you find the handbook as an employee, what you see in it and how it works without a connection.

Two ways into the same handbook

In the employee app, open More › Handbook, with the routines and guidelines for your role. In a browser, on your phone or computer, go to handbook.caire.se. Both show the same content from your organisation.

What you see

You see the published pages that apply to your role, arranged in sections. Open a section and pick a page to read it. Pages the office has not published, or that apply to other roles, do not show.

On the web, the start page has Categories, Shortcuts, Contacts, FAQ and What's New with recently updated pages. When you are new, your onboarding shows there too.

  • When there are no pages for your role, the app says there is no content yet.
  • When a page cannot be opened, the app says it is not available. It may have been removed or apply to another role.

Without a connection

Pages you have opened in the app are kept on the phone and can be read without a connection, for example in a basement or a lift. The list of sections also shows from what was last fetched.

Language

In the app, the handbook shows in the app's language. When a page is not in your language it shows in Swedish or another available language, and the app tells you which. On the web, change language with the language switch.

If the handbook does not show

Handbook and Onboarding show in the app only when your organisation has the employee handbook and your account may read it. If they are missing, or the web shows access denied, contact your manager.
