Insights checks the paid time on a shift against the time spent on visits, travel, waiting, breaks and paid idle — to a resolution of one second — and shows the variance per visit, employee, client, visit group and area.     Supply reconciliation

    The paid time on a shift must equal the time spent on visits, travel, waiting, breaks and paid idle. Caire checks that to a resolution of one second and shows the remainder, including a warning when the chart and the ledger disagree.
