Comprehensive analytics suite
Caire combines schedule analytics, resource analytics, Financial analytics, and Operational analytics so leaders can track baseline, demand, supply, utilization, continuity, cost, and improvement over time.

Caire measures what the schedule actually does. Insights checks the paid time on a shift against the time spent on visits, travel, waiting, breaks and paid idle — to a resolution of one second — and shows the variance per visit, employee, client, visit group and area. When the books do not balance, you see it rather than have it smoothed over.

Clear insights for better decisions
Coverage, gap, idle time and waiting per hour, with a heatmap across the planning window. Shows where capacity is missing and where time goes instead of to visits.
The paid time on a shift must equal the time spent on visits, travel, waiting, breaks and paid idle. Caire checks that to a resolution of one second and shows the remainder, including a warning when the chart and the ledger disagree.
Requested visit time against planned capacity per time slot, with unassigned visits visible before the schedule is published. The same basis drives score and constraint analysis.
Compare run-specific measures with documented assumptions to support manager and planner decisions.
Compare bottleneck, resource-allocation, route, and scheduling measures across equivalent planning periods.
Compare workload, continuity, and quality measures, then follow up staff and care-recipient experience separately.

Coverage per hour across the whole planning window, and time distribution against contracted shift capacity — so peaks and gaps show up where they occur.
Every breakdown shows variance per row, not just a total. If a table does not balance, that is visible rather than averaged away.
Insights can be exported, so the same figures can be followed up outside Caire without being recalculated by hand.
