Employee data for routing and cost

How costs, shifts, and districts are used in routing and capacity analysis.

    Local value and inherited value

Employee data is the supply side of planning. The first schedule needs active employees with a unit and an effective shift or capacity source. Skills, districts, transport, and cost then make recommendations more precise.

Employee form basic tab: identity, role, unit or whole organisation, and the route's start and end.
The employee basic tab keeps identity, unit, and capacity data together before advanced fields are needed.
Utilization as a percentage per employee is shown hour by hour above the route calendar, here over a week.
The utilization view puts each employee's utilization percentage above the route calendar, so you can see which shifts are tightly or loosely loaded.

    Why it affects efficiency

Shifts define available capacity. Cost makes solution comparisons more reliable. Districts show whether an employee fits the client's local area.

    Before and after

Before completion, Caire can plan with basic employee data, but recommendations stay broader. After completion, it becomes clearer which shifts, districts, and cost assumptions affect the solution.
