Create a page

Choose Create page under Pages or on the dashboard. In the page editor, choose a category, fill in the slug and page title and write the text under Content. The editor has formatting, links and images.

With several languages, the editor has a tab per language. Default marks the default language and Empty a language without text. Category and slug are required.

Drafts and publishing

Under Page settings, set Status to Draft or Published. Then choose Save page.

Employees see published pages only. A draft shows in the admin, where you can preview it before publishing. On the published page employees see when it was last updated.

  • In Pages, filter by category and status to find drafts and published pages.
  • Page settings is also where you choose who sees the page, whether it needs a read confirmation and whether it is your contact page or FAQ page.

Version history

Each time you save an existing page, the previous version is kept. Under Version history in the editor you see earlier versions with their slug, roles, whether confirmation was required, whether the page was published and its translations.

A new page has no history until it has been updated for the first time.

Delete a page

Choose Delete page in the page list and confirm. This cannot be undone. The page goes together with its translations, its version history and employees' read confirmations, and it is removed from any onboarding package it was part of.

If you only want employees not to see the page for now, changing its status to Draft is enough.
