Mark the page as the FAQ page
Create or open one of your own pages. Under Page settings, tick FAQ page, which shows the page under FAQ in the menu, and choose Save page.
Your organisation has one FAQ page. When you mark another page, the previous one stops being it. The option is only for your own pages.
How the questions are written
As the hint in the editor says, the content should be JSON with questions and answers. Each item has a question and an answer in Swedish and English and can have an order that decides the sequence in which the questions show.
- The structure is a list called items where each entry has question and answer with sv and en, and optionally order.
- If the content cannot be read as questions and answers, no questions show. Check the page in the handbook after each change.
What employees see
In the handbook on the web, FAQ is in the menu and on the start page. The employee opens a question to read the answer.
When you have no FAQ page of your own, the handbook shows Caire's template FAQ page. When there are no questions at all, the handbook says that no FAQ has been set up.
