- Sign in to the client or family app with the account linked to you by your home care provider.
Find the handbook
Open More › Handbook in the client or family app. Select a page from the list to read it. As a client, you see pages for clients. As a family member, you see pages published for family members.
If the handbook is missing
The handbook appears when your home care provider has enabled it and your account has an active client or family connection. Contact your home care provider for help with access or missing information.
Result
You can find and read the pages your home care provider has published for your role in the app.
Troubleshooting
If the handbook or a page is missing, ask your home care provider to check your access and whether the page is published for your role.
